Join us for our Autumn Wine Tasting on Saturday October 27th, 2018.
We’ll take a tour of France with six lovingly curated wines, each paired with a tasting plate of traditional French foods. Our rich and cozy autumn menu brings provincial dishes into the spotlight and highlights the charm of the French countryside and the magnificence of the country’s coastlines.
2017 Sauvignon Blanc Domaine Salvart (Loire Valley)

Seasonal vegetables roasted with Maître butter and served with a medallion of seared pesto chèvre and a white balsamic reduction.
2016 Pinot Blanc Domaine Schlumberger (Alsace)
Coquille à la Bretonne
A specialty of the Brittany region… beautiful, fresh scallops, cod, and shrimp are prepared with a light cream sauce and then topped with a parmesan crumble and baked until golden brown.
2017 Chardonnay Maison Ventenac (Languedoc)
Harissa Frotté de Saumon
An impeccably spiced, harissa rubbed salmon accompanied by a hash of butternut squash and roasted red peppers.
A refreshing house-made apple ginger granita.
2017 Beaujolais Dupeuble (Burgundy)
Canard Confit aux Pommes de Terre Rôties
Amazingly tender duck confit with roasted fingerling potatoes lightly tossed in lemon and herbs and topped with crispy duck skin craklings.
2011 Malbec Domaine Des Roy (Loire Valley)
A succulent leg of lamb is marinated in juniper and red wine, then slowly roasted and finished in a bèarnaise sauce and served with light and buttery Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.
2012 Rasteau Cotes Du Rhone Villages (Rhone Valley)

The traditional end to a French meal… a fruit and cheese plate. Silky and nutty St. Nectaire cheese and a soft, earthy Chèvre are paired with fresh harvest fruits and finished with a light drizzle of honey.
